We’ll cover the proper placement of silverware, chargers, plates, salad and bread plates, soup bowls, and beverage glasses for wine, champagne, and water. You’ll gain confidence in napkin placement, understand which fork to use (and when), how to serve and pass food correctly, and even learn the art of buffet setup—from avoiding bottlenecks to creating a visually appealing line. You’ll also explore picnic etiquette, tips for hosting in-laws or clients, and how to set a table that’s both functional and fabulous. Whether you’re dining out or hosting in, this class will demystify mealtime manners and give you the tools to host with style and grace.
