ServSafe is administered by the National Restaurant Association:

We stay on top of the various and changing regulatory requirements for every state and ensure that our certifications will prepare you to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.”
Upon completion of the class and a passing exam score of at least 75%, students will receive their ServSafe certification, good for 5 years. Class includes in-person instruction, current manual, and proctored exam.
