Business Essentials and Project Coordination

This 13-week, asynchronous program provides a fully funded opportunity for professionals to build essential business and project coordination skills. Participants will strengthen their abilities in business communication, technical writing, conflict resolution, and critical thinking while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools, financial management, and time management. The program also covers foundational project coordination concepts, including stakeholder communication, risk management, and change control. Students are required to have a Windows-compatible computer equipped with a camera, microphone, and internet access. Once registered for the class, students will be required to download Microsoft 365 at no cost through San Juan College.
