ServSafe is administered by the National Restaurant Association:

“We understand the importance of our program in teaching and certifying responsible food service measures. We stay on top of the various and changing regulatory requirements for every state and ensure that our certifications will prepare you to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.”

Upon completion of the class and a passing exam score of at least 75%, students will receive their ServSafe certification, good for 5 years. Class includes 1-day in-person instruction, current manual, and proctored exam.

Appropriate for ages 17 and up.
