Basic Knife Skills

Hone your cutting skills—safely. We’ll practice different cuts and techniques on a variety of vegetables and then send you home with the makings of a fine soup and new outlook on kitchen preparations.
Supply fee of $35 for knife, sharpening stone, cutting board and food payable to instructor at the first class. Please register by.
Appropriate for minors ages 12-18 with an accompanying adult. 3 hrs
