SHRM - Human Resource Certification

The majority of HR hiring managers list SHRM’s certification as the preferred qualification, and those who earn the SHRM certification report it was a key factor in their career advancement. This course includes the voucher for the SHRM CP/CSP Exam 2023. The SHRM program covers the seven essential components of the Human Resource (HR) Body of Knowledge:

1. Strategic Management
2. Workforce Planning and Employment
3. Human Resources Development
4. Total Rewards: Compensation and Benefits
5. Policy Formulation
6. Employee and Labor Relations
7. Risk Management

Register no later than 2/9 to ensure that all materials are ordered as reviewing the pre-reading course material is highly recommended.  Registration includes exclusive student access to online SHRM resources. Class includes ½ hour break for lunch and bringing your lunch is recommended. 36 hrs

MELISSA JOHNSON has years of experience in human resource management, providing human resources oversight and leadership most recently at San Juan College. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, as well as the industry-recognized certification, SHRM-CP.
